Hannover Messe 2023: Successfully completed

Thank you for joining us at the Hannover Messe on 17-22th April 2023. We had the pleasure of meeting Minister President of Lower Saxony, Stephan Weil, and other dignitaries at our booth. We had an informative and robust discussion about hydrogen-storage and the benefits of our HyCS technology.
Hydrogen Storage is the future! So join us and be part of our journey by contacting us at post@ambartec.de.

AMBARtec at Canadian Hydrogen Convention 25.–27. April 23

Meet us in Edmonton/Canada from 25 to 27 April 2023. Canada is playing an important role in the development of the global hydrogen economy with technology innovators, as H2 supplier and as a gate to the North American market. AMBARtec will be there!
With more than 150 expert speakers, international delegations and over 100 exhibitors, the largest hydrogen event in North America is an interesting marketplace for our company.

Liberty Pier and AMBARtec cooperate on hydrogen storages for ships

Green hydrogen is increasingly discussed for ship propulsion. A special challenge is the storage of sufficient fuel capacities on board. Our HyCS-technology opens up entirely new prospects. The storage is compact and requires little installation space compared with other systems. It is pressureless and can be easily arranged below deck. Compared with approaches to integrate H2 in liquids such as ammonia, a significantly higher overall efficiency is achieved at rather moderate costs. Find press release here.
In order to provide this technology to ocean going vessels and inland waterway trades, AMBARtec and its consultant and maritime project developer Liberty Pier, Bremen signed a protocol of cooperation. The cooperation plans, among others, projects in the field of Blue Economy, particularly with a view to port management and logistics and for ocean going vessels and inland waterway trades. Both companies became involved in sustainable fuel solutions and are committed to the rapid change from conventional industrial standards to green alternatives.

10.03.23: Meet AMBARtec in Magdeburg

Where does green electricity come from? How does electrolysis succeed? How can hydrogen be safely transported and stored? The 15th HYPOS Dialogue focuses on decentralised energy production and supply with green hydrogen. We'll be there. To meet us, register here >
As early as May 2021, the state of Saxony-Anhalt adopted a hydrogen strategy and presented a monitoring report on the implementation status one year later.

The 15th HYPOS Dialogue presents competent actors along the value chain from renewable energy production and electrolysis technologies to safe transport and storage options for green hydrogen. Finally, best practice examples from Saxony-Anhalt discuss challenges and experiences in the implementation process. In three steps, the participants will learn how to further develop project ideas with the right partners and, against the background of the best-practice projects, how to avoid mistakes and achieve a fast implementation perspective.

“H₂ storage in iron masses validated in practical tests” gwf 01/23

Does our HyCS technology live up to its promise? The practical test in our pilot plant shows positive results. The trade journal gwf Gas + Energie reports on this in its 01/2023 issue. Download the complete article here.
The efficient storage of electrical energy in the form of hydrogen is the key technology for implementing the energy transition. Our innovative HyCS technology for H2 storage in iron masses is a promising and cost-effective approach, which has been validated in practical tests in recent months. Initial results on the loading and unloading of the chemical H2 storage system show high temperature stability during the process.
